Therefore we specifically chose this new office space in a new development so that we could literally build the research rooms from the ground up. The location, the room layout and facilities have all been designed by researchers for researchers . From the abundant onsite free parking to our free cancellation policy we have placed an emphasis on convenience and flexibility. Also, not only are we the only research facility in the North West of Sydney but our prices are always competitive. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION We chose the North West of Sydney - the fastest growing metropolitan area in Australia's largest city, so that clients could be close to their customers. We selected the Norwest Business Park in Baulkham Hills because of its excellent infrastructure and its location in the middle of the suburban growth corridor. This growth corridor has a large proportion of young families, aspirational buyers and a significant proportion of professional and entrepreneurial householders.
